Chicago's Garfield Park Conservatory is hosting an extraordinary exhibition by the world-famous artist, Dale Chihuly. Born in Tacoma, Washington in 1941, Chihuly became interested in glass as an expressive medium while studying interior design at the University of Washington. Subsequently he has led the avant-garde in the development of glass-blowing as a studio art, and has received many awards. Today Chihuly's work is included in over 190 museum collections worldwide.
